Wednesday Night Trap Shoot is Back!
Trap shooting returns every Wednesday night at Steuben Fish & Game Club!
Welcome to Our Club
The Steuben Fish & Game Club has deep roots in the Remsen, New York community. Founded in 1953 as the Griffiss Air Force Base Sportsman’s Club, the club evolved over the decades — becoming the Griffiss Sportsman’s Club in 1962 before taking its current name in 1983.
Today, our close-knit membership calls home 268 acres of prime outdoor recreation land, featuring two well-stocked ponds, exceptional hunting grounds, a trap range, and a rifle range. We bring together hunters, anglers, trap shooters, and outdoor enthusiasts who share a deep respect for wildlife and the land.
Community is at the heart of everything we do. Each year we award a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior at Remsen Central School, send up to three deserving youth to NYS DEC camp, support local youth organizations, and host our beloved annual picnic — complete with a youth fishing tournament that has become a highlight of the summer calendar. We also proudly support the youth archery program at Remsen Central School.
Whether you’re a longtime member or on the waiting list to join, you’ll find a welcoming group of people here who love the outdoors as much as you do.
